Businessman receives Ghana’s first Customer Service Ambassador award

The Group Chief Executive Officer of Y. Kumey International Group Limited, Chief Yaw Kumey, has been honoured as Ghana’s first Customer Service Ambassador for his tremendous commitment and contribution to the development of customer service in the country.
It is the highest award category in the Ghana Customer Service Awards, for an individual in the private sector, in pursuance of excellence in customer service in Ghana.
Receiving the award for his selflessness, spirit of dedication and commitment to excellent delivery in the private sector, Chief Kumey expressed his profound gratitude to the organisers for the recognition.
“I Challenge the youth in this country to strive for better achievement in all they do and not undermine each other, since you are the future leaders of this country,” he stated.
Chief Kumey dedicated the award to the hardworking staff of PRESTIGE GLOBAL TRAVELS LTD, ROYAL GLOBAL FINANCIAL SERVICES LTD., ROYAL AID SAVINGS & LOANS, MEGA STAR OIL GH. Kumey International Group Limited, for their excellent support and commitment throughout the years.
The first Ghana Customer Service awards seeks to set standards in customer service in Ghana, towards the attainment of a National Customer Service culture, as the nation emerges as an oil economy and a preferred business and investment destination in Africa.
The programme recognises organisations which have taken a unique approach to overcoming major challenges to achieve success, whilst simultaneously maintaining the respect of their peers, co-workers and employees.
